This Used YAMAHA FJR1300A motorbike for sale its entire life and I am sure it has many years of faithful
service to provide still. It is a perfect touring bike, long
distances done with ease and comfort (earlier this year, after
not riding it for a few weeks I rode from Ballarat to Adelaide
on a Monday, rode around Adelaide on the Tuesday and
returned to Ballarat on the Wednesday having covered a total
of almost 2000km in the 3 days and did not have a single ache
or pain). The engine is rated with 145hp and a top speed of
approx 260km/h so can handle Australian touring speeds
easily even with 2-up and a trailer (I don‘t have one but I
have spoken to owners that do). ABS adds the comforting
knowledge that stopping is pretty well drama free and the
electrically adjustable screen gives comfort no matter what
the conditions. The bike is in excellent condition, the only
defect I can find is the rider‘s seat (see photo, the white is
from the fabric tape I had over the split, removed for the
photo) which has come apart for about 50mm on one of the
seams. All standard features,books and keys included and the
following additions/improvements have been made: ‘ice blue‘
100mm extended screen (original screen and second
extended screen available as spares) brand new Staintune
exhaust system (installed by Yamaha dealer) brand new
TomTom Rider 2 handlebar mounted GPS (installed by
Yamaha dealer) brand new Oxford heated handgrips (installed
by Yamaha dealer) Ventura rack and bag Yamaha pannier
liner bags included Recently had 40000km service by Yamaha
dealer. Brand new rear tyre and rear brake pads, front tyre
80%, registered to August 09. You will not be disappointed by
